Pitch Hire - Terms and Conditions

The hirer shall pay the pitch hire in full before the commencement of any hire period (for the avoidance of doubt no later than 5 minutes before), unless paid in advance or has agreed a payment plan with Sandon Soccer Limited. If you don’t pay you don’t play.

If pitch hire is no longer required, the organiser must give Sandon Soccer Limited at least 24 hours’ notice. If notice of cancellation is given within 24 hours of the hirer period, this also includes no shows, the costs will need to be paid in full. All outstanding cancellation fees must be cleared before the next hirer period. If there are 2 cancellations within a 4-week period, the place may be offered to another hirer on the waiting list.

Sandon Soccer Limited reserves the right to end early or cancel this agreement if the hire fee is overdue by 7 days and/or there is a breach of the terms and conditions.

Sandon Soccer Limited reserves the right to prevent anyone from entering any of its sites if it thinks their behaviour and/or appearance is unsuitable or is likely to become an issue.

Sandon Soccer Limited will not tolerate any rude or abusive language or the threat or use of violence.

No alcohol or illegal substances shall be consumed on a Sandon Soccer Limited site. Smoking is not permitted in any areas of the pitches or the school.

Appropriate footwear is considered to be either trainers, astro-turf trainers or moulded studs which Sandon Soccer Limited strongly advises. No metal studded, or bladed trainers/boots are allowed at any time. Any damage caused to the sites because of incorrect footwear or other equipment shall be the full and sole responsibility of the hirer who have caused such damage.

No jewellery is permitted.

Shin pads are optional, the decision is at the player’s discretion.

Sandon Soccer Limited takes no responsibility for any theft, damage, or loss of property during use of a site and/or surrounding facilities. Any property brought onto a site is done so at each players/teams’ own risk.

Players and their guests should only undertake activity to a level which reflects their physical capabilities, and every individual is responsible for monitoring their own physical condition. Sandon Soccer Limited cannot be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses which may be suffered whilst playing.

If a player or guest suffers any injury or illness Sandon Soccer Limited strongly advises that they stop the activity immediately and carry out necessary first aid; and inform Sandon Soccer Limited immediately who will then take applicable action.

All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

Sandon Soccer Limited reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without prior warning.
